Apart from his prowess in the real estate market, Liam has a unique talent for solving puzzles. In 2016, he competed in Rubik’s cube competitions, and his skills were so impressive that he briefly held the rank of number three in Canada for the fastest time solved! While no longer competing, Liam still enjoys the challenge of tackling complex problems, which translates into his ability to navigate and negotiate leases with ease.
