It still took time to get around the zoning and the red tape, but the first residents finally moved in during the spring of 2018.

Everything about Seaton is advanced and forward-thinking. Once completed, it will be one of the most sustainable communities within Pickering, if not the entire province. The objective is that at least 50% of Seaton’s 7000 acres will be devoted to greenery, with planned parks, open fields, and a network of trails.
