Some clients have a higher appetite for risk and very specific needs, and in those cases, buying first can absolutely make sense (even if it’s not the typical route). In today’s market, we’re often able to include an SOP (Sale of Purchaser’s Home) condition in offers, giving sellers the time they need to sell without unnecessary pressure.

We don’t know what other agents are doing — but we don’t believe in fitting the same shoe on every foot. Every client. Every scenario. Treated as unique as it should be.
