• Finding qualified tenants with employment verification, reference checks, and credit reports
• Connecting you with our network of handymen, painters, appliance repairmen, cleaners, and more
• The move-in of new tenants (exchange unit keys for post dated cheques, securing the key deposit and proof of tenant insurance)
• Picking up and courier of mail at no cost to you
• Following up with the tenants 90 days prior to lease expiry; if the existing tenant is renewing, we courier cheques at no cost to you (no charge for renewals)
